Nursing Director job in Dubai Full Time

The primary goal of this role is to lead and enhance nursing services, collaborating with all involved parties to foster ongoing improvement and uphold high-quality care standards. The role also emphasizes the importance of clinical operational proficiency and its role as a key strategic focus. We are hunting for  Nursing Director in Dubai.

Core Responsibilities of Nursing Director:

•  Offer robust guidance to your team.
•  Champion and ensure adherence to a culture that prioritizes quality care.
•  Craft, execute, and assess a strategic nursing plan that aligns with the clinical and operational objectives of the organization.
•  Proactively oversee patient safety initiatives and risk management protocols.
•  Strategically plan and allocate resources to strike a balance between top-notch clinical care and operational efficiency.
•  Cultivate and sustain productive relationships to guarantee exceptional patient experiences and cohesive care.

Educational Requirements:

•  You must be licensed or qualify for licensing as a registered nurse by the relevant Healthcare Authority in the UAE.
•  A Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field, such as Healthcare Management, is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

•  You should bring a minimum of 5 years of management experience in nursing, having held positions like Unit Manager, Duty Manager, or Deputy Nursing Director/Nursing Director.

Skills and Knowledge:

•  You’ll need a knack for analyzing and interpreting data for clinical care quality enhancement and overall facility operations.
•  Experience with financial oversight within a clinical setting is essential, including budgeting and expense management.
•  You should be well-versed in HR policies and procedures.
•  Your ability to contribute to the development of nursing and allied health policies will be key.
•  A thorough understanding of medical-legal issues and Disaster Management processes is crucial.
•  You should have a solid grasp of Nursing and Allied Health functions.
•  Project management principles should be second nature to you.
•  Computer skills, especially in MS Office, are a must.
•  We are expect from you to drive quality improvement processes and meet accreditation standards.
•  Familiarity with the UAE healthcare regulatory environment is necessary.
•  Strong command of English, both speaking and writing, is require.
•  You should be adept at applying policies and regulations specific to nursing and allied health management in hospital settings.
