OBGYN Ward Nurse in Abu, Dhabi Full Time

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide exceptional care in our OBGYN Inpatient Ward. This role is a blend of clinical expertise and nurturing support, vital for our patients during a pivotal time in their lives.

Clinical Role of OBGYN Nurse:

• Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments to ensure personalized patient care.
•  Utilize advanced monitoring systems, like electronic fetal monitoring, to ensure the well-being of both mother and child.
•  Administer IV therapy and support mothers and newborns with rooming-in practices.
•  Lead emergency responses with confidence and provide critical care when needed.
•  Step into leadership roles, guiding the team in the Charge Nurse’s absence.
•  Monitor labor progression and manage post-partum care, emphasizing mother-child bonding.
• Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
•  Champion breastfeeding support and patient education for new mothers.

Administrative Duties:

•  Engage in peer teaching and uphold our commitment to continuous learning.
•  Keep meticulous records, ensuring all patient interactions are documented in line with our high
• tandards.
•  Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and uphold our commitment to excellence in patient care.
•  Manage medical supplies efficiently, ensuring the ward is well-stocked and equipment is in prime condition.

•  Maintain proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus) and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:

•  A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing.
•  Valid nursing license from your home country with HAAD eligibility for Abu Dhabi.
•  Current BLS certification.
