The Role:

• As an Officer – Client Excellence, you’ll be the heart of customer interaction for our Institutional and Corporate clients. Using our digital platform, iServe, you’ll manage and resolve inquiries, requests, and issues spanning Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Payments & Cash Management, and more. Your mission? To ensure a seamless, first-rate customer experience while advocating for digital solutions and self-service strategies.

Your Impact:

•  Be the go-to expert for all Client Excellence & Service Delivery SOPs.
•  Showcase your knowledge in Corporate Banking, especially in areas like Trade, Supply Chain Finance, and Payments & Cash Management.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer issues and requests via iServe, ensuring complete satisfaction.
•  Drive iServe adoption among staff and clients, guiding them toward a digital, self-service approach.
•  Collaborate across departments to provide comprehensive solutions and close client requests.
•  Recognize and implement potential product/process improvements.
•  Support customer onboarding with digital and traditional tools, including eForms.
•  Encourage digital transformation by educating customers on our digital platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

•  Exceptional command of English (Arabic is a big plus!).
•  3–4 years’ relevant experience.
•  Stellar communication and negotiation skills.
•  Strong technological proficiency and interest in digital trends.
•  A genuine passion for customer service and problem-solving.
•  The ability to spot operational enhancements.
