Your New Role as Operations Coordinator:

As the maestro of coordination, you’ll ensure our kitchen equipment maintenance is humming along like a well-oiled machine. Your day will be filled with:

•  Orchestrating the daily symphony of technical support, from sourcing spare parts to coordinating services.
•  Taking the helm of kitchen equipment maintenance, proactively servicing to avoid any hiccups in operations.
•  Managing the nuts and bolts of documentation for external inspections, ensuring we’re always audit-ready.
•  Building bridges with contractors and suppliers, keeping the day-to-day operations seamless.
•  Conducting the orchestra of work orders, database management, and the financial aspects of our operations.
•  Being the go-to for HVAC/MEP snags, collaborating with IFS account managers to find swift solutions.

Do You Have What It Takes?

•  A track record of 2-3 years in a similar role, with a total of 3-5 years deep-diving into our industry.
•  A blend of education and experience that spans at least 3-5 years.
•  A tech-savvy individual with a knack for MS Office and emergency response protocols.
•  A strategic thinker with a flair for reporting, performance management, and strategic planning.
•  A champion of safe manual handling techniques.
