- Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)
- Training duration: 2 years
Your tasks
- Setting up and operating machines and systems in production
- Controlling and monitoring the flow of materials
- Preparing work processes, taking into account economic and scheduling requirements
- Selecting test procedures and test equipment and their application
- Selecting materials and processing them according to technical documents
- Selecting and applying manual and mechanical production techniques
- Using control and regulation equipment
- Determining faults and deviations and their causes, presenting preventive maintenance measures, explaining and applying them
- Implementing quality assurance measures
- Taking environmental protection, occupational safety and economic requirements into account
- Processing documentation after conversion/setup/preventive maintenance and during the production process
- Coordinating work processes with upstream and downstream areas
What you bring with you
- At least a good to intermediate secondary school certificate
- Good technical understanding and manual skills
- Reliability, ability to work in a team and a careful working style
- Ideally, initial practical experience as part of an internship
