TokyoDev is currently seeking for Product maintenance engineer to join their team in Chou-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate must have ability to focus on customer satisfaction by delivering short-term work across systems such as our public API. This fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $300,000 per month.
Responsibilities for Product Maintenace Engineer:
- Candidate must have ability to focus on customer satisfaction by delivering short-term work across systems such as our Public API.
- Ability to handle reliability for integrations, using the same tooling stack as our SREs.
- Handle customer-facing issues through code, such as by developing features or fixing issues.
- Train and support our internal Support, Consulting and Implementation teams.
Qualifications for Product Maintenance Engineer:
- Experience working and communicating with customers.
- Experience building tooling and systems to automate operations, including troubleshooting.
- Experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer for high-traffic, and mission critical systems.
- Strong understanding of networking including load balancing, routing.
