Project Manager, NEOM Full Time

NEOM is recruiting desirous and motivated candidates for job position of a Project Manager. Job Purpose of A Project Manager

Plan and manage the implementation of assigned projects through all NEOM Plan of Work design and construction stages in order that the constructed asset(s) meets the approved IAB requirements and is delivered in accordance with OXAGON’s approved Masterplan, all relevant NEOM Procedures and agreed Project KPI’s.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Architectural or Engineering subject.
• Chartered Engineer or other equivalent Professional Accreditation (desirable).

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering subject and experienced in the delivery of construction projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the development, cycles and stages of Capital Works Projects.
• Working knowledge of different construction procurement strategies and related standard forms of contract.
• Working knowledge of contract law, project finances, and project controls.
• Minimum 12 years related experience in the field of Project Engineering/Project Management
• Experienced in the application of BIM and GIS in Project delivery.

Your Duties As A Project Manager

• Organize the project resource and tasks including contractors, vendors and third parties.
• Manage and control project cost & schedule.
• Monitor and control safety & quality.
• Ability to report and analyze
• Manage project handover in accordance with the contract and NEOM Procedures.
• Facilitate the process of project handover by conducting walkthrough and manage all exception items.
