You’ll play a crucial role at one of our most prestigious client facilities, managing one of the UAE’s largest facility’s cleaning operations. What You Will Do in Project Manager

Operational Superhero:

Take charge of daily operations, ensuring top-notch cleaning processes.
Keep an eagle eye on staff performance and make sure everyone’s in the right role.
Resolve client concerns creatively and efficiently.
Strategize for better productivity and embrace BICS cleaning standards.
Match staff work schedules with client needs and stay proactive about upcoming staffing demands.
Perform daily checks, inspiring and training staff while adhering to HSE and cleaning best practices.
Ensure operations and maintenance follow strict safety protocols.

Client Relationship Guru:

Be a strong communicator and ace at conflict resolution.
Maintain a great working relationship with our client through regular catch-ups.
Deliver services that align with contract terms and anticipate client needs, identifying new business opportunities.
Present performance data and industry insights, aligning short-term actions with long-term client goals.
Oversee client SLAs/KPIs and think outside the box to address any service quality issues.

Team Management Maestro:

Develop team structures for smooth, budget-friendly operations.
Manage daily team operations, focusing on clear goals and targets.
Train and induct new staff, ensuring their alignment with our standards.
Handle monthly payroll, staff concerns, and recruitment.
Keep a keen eye on staff performance, health, and grooming standards.

Financial Whiz:

Drive account growth and compile insightful monthly reports.
Tackle financial challenges with smart management solutions.
Oversee invoice processes and make informed financial decisions based on contract data.
Your Toolkit:

7+ years in Facilities Management, with 3+ years leading large football facilities.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Facilities Management.
Extra points for Hospitality & Airport Facility Management experience.
Skilled in MS Office, BICS certified, with stellar project management expertise.
A pro in performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Outstanding in soft skills – think top-notch communication, leadership, time management, customer service, and multitasking abilities.
