Role:

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth commercial and quantity surveying within our Fitout team. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding our cost planning and ensuring our projects are both financially sound and successfully executed. Key to your role will be maintaining our cost database, making strategic decisions, and navigating through potential project risks.

What You’ll Do:

Act as a pivotal link between Dubai Airports and our suppliers, keeping our contracts on track.
Handle contractor claims, manage our financial dashboards, and delve into project estimations.
Identify, evaluate, and tackle any risks that could impact our projects.
Oversee project development, ensuring adherence to our ambitious schedules and budgets.
Select and manage subcontractors and service providers, keeping our supply chain efficient and effective.

Your Expertise:

A solid background in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management.
Proven experience in managing substantial contracts in the Middle East.
Mastery of MS Projects, Cost X or equivalent, and AutoCAD.
