Job Purpose of Restaurants Coordinator:

As our Officer for Restaurants & Beverages, based in the bustling heart of the airport, you’ll be pivotal in managing and enhancing our airport dining concessions. Your role is crucial in ensuring our food and beverage partners not only wow customers with top-notch culinary experiences but also smash their sales goals while upholding the finest standards in food, service, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with airport-based food and beverage operators.
• Play a key role in managing lease agreements, including negotiations and renewals, while keeping an eye on the financial aspects.
•  Team up with our food partners to bring exciting, quality menu options to the table.
•  Keep a close watch on food standards from kitchen to customer, ensuring every dish is a masterpiece.
•  Be the driving force behind superior dining experiences, focusing on service, spotless environments, and food safety.
•  Get creative with marketing strategies and promotional activities within our dining spaces.
•  Dive deep into sales and financial reports to keep track of how our concessions are performing.
•  Make sure everyone’s playing by the rules, adhering to all airport regulations and health and safety standards.
•  Regularly update us with comprehensive reports on partner performance and rule compliance.
•  Seamlessly manage daily operations — from sales hustles and staffing logistics to keeping an eye on inventory.

Skills We Need:

• A deep understanding of how a culinary business ticks, coupled with top-notch customer service and business management skills.
•  A whiz at health and safety regulations, especially when it comes to food safety and emergency procedures.
•  A pro at analyzing data, spotting trends in sales and customer behaviour, and assessing operational efficiency.
•  Experience in upholding quality assurance, ensuring our food and service never drop the bar.
•  Knowledge of and passion for sustainable practices within the food and beverage realm, from cutting down waste to championing responsible ingredient sourcing.
