Role Overview:

We’re searching for a dedicated Retail Coordinator for a fixed-term role in Dubai, focusing on the seamless execution of store enhancements and product/brand visibility in airport environments.

Core Responsibilities:

Project Management in Retail:

Bring your retail insight to manage projects, focusing on technical aspects, design, production, and implementation within retail store settings.

Permanent Merchandizing:

Guarantee that design guidelines are followed, oversee CAD technical drawings, and ensure ongoing maintenance of visibility and merchandising installations.

Vendor and Agency Coordination:

Lead engagements with marketing agencies, production teams, and procurement vendors, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and business ethics.

Project Tracking:

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring stakeholder updates and coordination among design agencies, producers, marketing teams, and airport retailers.

Experience & Skills Required:

• 6-8 years in Project Management, with a preference for experience in airport execution.
•  Background in multinational corporations, ideally in FMCG, Automotive, Retail, or Luxury sectors.
•  Proven track record in executing merchandising strategies and retailactivations.
•  Exceptional relationship management abilities for client interaction.
•  Proficient in budget management.
•  Open to travel within the Gulf region (Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, Muscat).
