Role Overview Rewards Senior Manager:

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the architect behind our compensation and benefits strategy, instrumental in drawing, nurturing, and inspiring top-tier talent with balanced, competitive rewards.

Your Impact:

• Evaluate and refine our compensation and benefits frameworks, advocating for essential improvements.
•  Perform in-depth job analyses and role profiling, maintaining precise job descriptions across the board.
•  Analyze job grades and employee salaries, offering insightful recommendations to senior management.
•  Partner with external experts to craft comprehensive compensation structures, inclusive of salary, variable pay, and bonuses.
•  Engage in market research for remuneration benchmarking.
•  Advise on annual salary adjustments.
•  Guarantee compliance with laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
•  Support the Corporate HR team in managing salary and bonus review cycles.
•  Keep abreast of trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.
•  Develop and update relevant policies and procedures.
•  Collaborate on organizational design changes with the Corporate HR team.

Who You Are:

•  Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or HRM.
• Brings 5+ years’ experience in Compensation and Rewards.
•  Proficient in compensation and benefits practices, along with excellent analytical abilities.
•  Skilled in MS Excel and experienced in using HR Information Systems.
•  Demonstrates discretion with sensitive information.
•  Excellent communication skills, business savvy, and adept in project management.
