Job Purpose of A Runner
The job purpose of a runner is to efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring smooth and timely service.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- High School Degree.
- Fluency in English.
Experience
- 1-2 year of experience in a similar role.
Your Duties
- Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of all work areas to facilitate customer service.
- Greet customers upon their arrival or when just seated and assist them if needed in taking orders to minimize their waiting period.
- Clean and polish the restaurant’s equipment, glassware, crockery, cultery and chinaware using the defined methods to guarantee proper maintenance.
- Assist in the induction training of new employees.
- Participate in the restaurant closing process by checking condiments expiry date prior to cleaning.
- Counting the dirty table linen and placing them in the laundry basket.
