We are seeking a Russian-speaking General Practitioner with a specialization in Paediatrics to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art hospital in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities of Russian-Speaking General Practitioner:
Conduct thorough initial assessments and follow-up evaluations of paediatric patients.
Refer complex or critically ill neonates and children to specialists or consultants for advanced care.
Collaborate with fellow neonatologists and paediatricians in significant medical procedures when needed.
Maintain exemplary documentation and ensure seamless medical handovers.
Engage in risk assessment, incident reporting, and contribute to risk management strategies.
Work closely with senior staff to review adverse events and patient complaints, aiming to enhance care quality and risk management.
Provide emergency coverage for neonatal and paediatric cases after hours, as scheduled.
Participate in the continuous education and professional development in paediatric and neonatal medicine.
Administrative Duties:
Keep accurate medical records and attend departmental meetings as directed.
Monitor clinical indicators for quality assurance and stay updated with the latest medical advancements through literature review.
Contribute to the development of international guidelines to standardize and elevate the quality of care.
Adhere to policies and procedures set by DHA, JCI, and other regulatory bodies.
Engage in continuous education, teaching activities, and interdepartmental collaborations to foster service excellence.
Address patient complaints professionally and work towards service improvement.
Uphold hospital policies, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications:
A medical degree from an accredited institution with a valid medical license.
Preferably certified in Paediatrics, with recognition from the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
In-depth understanding of medical ethics and patient confidentiality.
Current licensure in the country of origin and with a DHA license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
Proven ability to innovate in service delivery and a commitment to quality outcomes.
Proficiency in English, with Arabic being an advantage.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Competence in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a complex clinical environment.
