Randstad is currently seeking for sales coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate must have ability to coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $18000-$30000 per month. Applicants must have diploma from logistics chain.
Responsibilities for Sales Coordinator:
- Candidate must have ability to process and track orders from customers to factories.
- Maintain accurate order records and documentation.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status and inquiries
- Resolve any order-related issues promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of Sales Quotations for customers
Skills & Experiences for Sales Coordinator:
- Diploma from logistics/supply chain or any relevant discipline
- Previous experience in sales administration or customer service
- Good command of written English and spoken Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
