Key Responsibilities for Seasonal Agricultural Workers:

• Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal requirements.
• Operating farm machinery and equipment, such as tractors, plows, and harvesters.
• Irrigating crops and monitoring soil moisture levels.
• Applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as directed.
• Assisting with general farm maintenance and repairs.
• Following safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance of farm landscaping and non-research areas.
• Maintain and repair farm equipment.
• Perform field work including mowing, fall leaf clean up, soil sampling, and field preparation for winter.
• Assist with snow removal of walkways and parking areas.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Eligibility Requirements for Seasonal Agricultural Workers:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in turf and/or equipment maintenance is desirable.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Availability for weekend work is a plus.
• Previous experience in agriculture or farm work preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
