Roles and Responsibilities of Security Personnel job :

• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety measures are upheld.
•  Monitor surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
•  Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Control traffic by directing drivers and maintain the organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
•  Ensure the security, safety, and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the premises.
•  Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers.
•  Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.

Requirements:

•  Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position.
•  Trained security officer with diploma.
•  Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment.
•  Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols.
•  Surveillance skills and detail orientation.
•  Integrity and professionalism.
•  High school degree; further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
