We’re on the hunt for a Senior Manager in Assessment Design & Delivery to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Manager:

•  Collaborate across Talent Management and the broader HRD team to orchestrate assessment processes at all organizational
•  Manage day-to-day assessment activities, guide assessors and coordinators, and ensure seamless project execution.
•  Roll out the Talent assessment  training and empowering 20 Talent Partners and Line Managers in various aspects.
•  Offer multifaceted support like workshops and guidance documents to deepen understanding and implementation of our assessment approach.
•  Innovate and enhance assessment and development practices with new processes and technology under the guidance of the Head of Assessment.
•  Ensure the reliability aligning them with strategic objectives and beneficial outcomes for employees and the business.
• Analyze and review data to uphold the reliability and effectiveness of our assessment strategies.
• Partner closely with relevant departments to craft and deploy assessment solutions that support talent development and meet our business needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management
• A Master’s in Occupational Psychology or similar field is a bonus.
•  At least 3-5 years experience in team management
