Senior Ruby Engineer Job In Japan Full Time

TokyoDev is currently seeking for senior ruby engineer to join their team in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate must have ability to maintain and enhance Table Check’s core monolith app. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $7-12 million per year. Applicants must have experience maintaining an application with a large user base and performing production releases.

Responsibilities for Senior Ruby Engineer:

• Maintain and enhance Table Check’s core monolith app.
• Perform code reviews and production releases.
• Work in direct contact with our CTO, and define priorities.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders, primarily in Product and Sales.
• Create clear and concise documentation.

Qualifications for Senior Ruby Engineer:

• Candidate must have 5 years experience in Ruby engineer.
• 5 years of MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Experience maintaining an application with a large user base and performing production releases
• Previous startup experience highly desired
