The Service Line Manager role is a dynamic and pivotal position that reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations. The core of this role is to foster the growth and smooth functioning of service operations, personnel management, program innovation, patient relations, and the flow of patient care within the designated service areas. This includes a broad range of responsibilities from clinical coordination to ensuring clinical excellence and developing patient services. The Service Line Manager is a leader who will be instrumental in driving the implementation of remote patient monitoring across all Mubadala Health Facilities and evaluating its impact.
