The Service Line Manager, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, plays a pivotal role in shaping the operational efficiency, staff management, program innovation, patient relations, and the flow of patient care within designated services. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including clinical coordination, fostering clinical excellence, optimizing patient throughput, enhancing patient experiences, and spearheading service development. As a leader, the Service Line Manager is tasked with overseeing all personnel and spearheading operations, as well as driving the implementation of strategies that pertain to business functions and patient flow within the service lines. A key aspect of this role involves supporting Mubadala Health Facilities in rolling out remote patient monitoring solutions, as well as measuring and evaluating their impact.
