The Service Line Manager, reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, is the linchpin for fostering seamless and proficient operations, managing staff, spearheading program development, enhancing patient relations, and optimizing patient flow within designated services. This role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including clinical coordination, clinical excellence, patient throughput, patient experience, and service growth. As a pivotal leader, the Service Line Manager orchestrates all operational facets and strategic initiatives related to business functions and patient flow activities within the service lines. A key part of the role involves championing the adoption of remote patient monitoring across all Mubadala Health Facilities, as well as assessing and refining the impact of its implementation.
