As a site operations manager at DHL, you’ll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. - Lead multi customer Life Sciences and Healthcare operations within the site
- Lead implementation, and maintenance of quality controls and standards governing cold storage of pharmaceuticals
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives
- Ensure Customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Maintain location and inventory accuracy
- Drive site budgets and P&L’s accountability
- Own the design and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and priorities
You have the following qualities & qualifications
- 10 + years’ experience within Supply Chain/Logistics
- Strong site management experience, including facilities
- Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operation within a 3Pl environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards, and licensing associated with cold chain and pharmaceutical products
- Excellent people management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen
- Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
