Barry Callebaut is currently seeking for  supply chain coordinator to join their team in Lodz, Poland. The ideal candidate must have ability to develop long- range sourcing plans for the CapEx &MRO assigned categories, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving strategic goals. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $168,201-$313,514 per year.
Responsibilities for Supply Chain Coordinator:
- Candidate must have ability to develop long-range sourcing plans for the CapEx & MRO assigned categories, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving strategic goals.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize equipment specifications which maximizes processing output.
- Develop sub-category strategies that contribute toward the goals.
- Mentor internal customers on the application of contracted programs.
- Manage medium to complex projects as assigned.
Qualifications for Supply Chain Coordinator:
- Candidate must have minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
- Ability to project Management experience preferably in a multi-plant or international environment.
- A proven background in RFI / RFP procedures for capital equipment sourcing and the MRO field.
- An understanding of capital equipment projects and being able to support initiatives with cost analysis.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills, a hands-on attitude, and self-motivation.
