Why This Role Matters as Supply Management Coordinator:

You’ll play a pivotal part in keeping our administrative tasks in check. From expertly managing contractual documents and their metadata to liaising with suppliers for up-to-date documents, you’re the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring smooth sailing.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the guardian of our supply, ensuring all contracts, work orders, and variations are accurately recorded.
•  Act as the bridge between us and our suppliers, reminding them of upcoming document expirations like trade licenses or insurance certificates.
•  Extract essential data from systems like GRP and eSupply, then craft reports that highlight our progress and performance.
•  Raise flags (via Digital Dubai, Jaggaer) when things seem off, and be the person who ensures problems are resolved efficiently.
•  Aid in cataloguing inventory items within GRP or Maximo, ensuring a seamless requisitioning process.

Do You Have What It Takes?

•  3-5 years of experience in a role like this or similar.
•  Solid administrative and data entry skills (with some formal training under your belt).
•  A tech-savvy nature, especially with MS Excel, and an eye that catches even the minutest of details.
