Newtech Machinery PTE. LTD is actively seeking for technical support admin to join their team in Sembawang, North Region, Singapore. This is fresh level full-time position offers a competitive salary range from $2,500-$3,500 per month. The ideal candidate must have ability to assign service tasks to appropriate service engineer, track status schedule timely service scheduling.
Responsibilities for Technical Support Admin:
- Candidate must have ability to entering of data into systems and to maintain project service records and files.
- It is responsible for administrative support including liaison with clients, vendor and procurement.
- Develop an annual service calendar and proactively contract all end users to renew service contracts.
- Ability to correspond with clients for projects related matters.
Qualifications for Technical Support Admin:
- Candidate must have high school diploma.
- Must have computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Possess high level of integrity, self motivated personality and willing to learn attitude.
