Currently, we are seeking a passionate Technology Coordinator for our esteemed client based in Dubai.

Purpose of the Role as Technology Coordinator :

Your role is crucial in providing thorough administrative assistance to our Technology Department. By ensuring seamless daily operations and supporting facility-related tasks, you will be a key support to our Vice President, Managers, and team members within the department. Your efforts will be in line with the department’s established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Efficiently manage the flow of all incoming and outgoing departmental communications.
•  Oversee and maintain our document archiving system, ensuring timely retrieval as needed.
•  Keep our departmental filing system up-to-date and user-friendly, monitoring the movement of borrowed files.
•  Handle word processing tasks such as formatting letters, memos, and reports, emphasizing accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
•  Relay messages for managers and engineers when they are unavailable.
•  Handle various basic administrative tasks daily.
•  Coordinate with other sections regarding the issuance or renewal of Staff Passes, Vehicle Passes, Equipment Passes, and Airport Driving Permits, including submission of online applications and related documents.
•  Manage applications for visitor and contractor passes, including their vehicles and equipment, ensuring approval from Senior Management and distribution to relevant parties.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience in IT Support.
•  Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
•  Familiarity with DA Policies and Procedures/processes.
•  Understanding of Dubai Airport’s Policies and Procedures/processes.
•  Proficient in Office Automation tools.
•  Basic knowledge of the Aviation industry.
•  Willingness to undergo developmental and mandatory training for professional growth.
•  Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
