Training Advisor, Adecco Canada Full Time Temporary

Job Purpose of A Training Advisor

• Oversee end-to-end management of cloud training programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts.
• Focus on enhancing training effectiveness, monitoring progress, and aligning programs with cloud transformation objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

 Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training logistics and operations, preferably within a financial institution.
• Experience in Agile project environments and an understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Preferable experience in Google Cloud platform technologies and exposure to the banking/financial services industry.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

• Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

Your Duties As A Training Advisor

• Managing and coordinating comprehensive cloud training programs for technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders to align training programs with Cloud Transformation objectives.
• Organizing training materials and integrating various training formats to cater to diverse learning preferences.
• Conducting learning needs analysis, refining existing learning paths, and curating new ones to ensure focused and relevant training curricula.
