Warehouse Delivery Driver Job in FL, USA Full Time

UnitedHealth Group in Florida, USA is searching for a reliable warehouse delivery driver to join their team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of medical supplies and equipment from their warehouse to various locations. The ideal candidate possesses a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a strong work ethic. You’ll need to be comfortable with navigating traffic and potentially lifting boxes or packages as part of the delivery process. Responsibilities of Warehouse Delivery Driver:

• Load, transport and deliver properly packaged medication to scheduled customers in a safe timely manner.
• Required to handle medication and supply deliveries for the infusion pharmacy to cover the branch service area, while accepting add on deliveries required to meet business needs.
• Always conduct and present yourself in a professional manner.
• Observe and obey all driving and traffic laws. (Speed limits, use of cell phones / texting while driving)
• Driver is responsible for routine maintenance on assigned vehicle (oil changes, washing exterior and cleanliness of interior of vehicle.
• Performs daily vehicle inspection and maintains vehicles in clean and proper working order.
• Performs pick up of supplies and equipment at completion of patient therapy and completes appropriate paperwork for returned patient goods.
• Adhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality codes of ethics.

Requirements for Warehouse Delivery Driver:

• 1+ years’ experience in a delivery / driving role
• 1+ years’ experience within a warehouse environment
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driving Record
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to enter data, sort and filter data)
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (ability to check, construct and reply appropriately, use calendar)
