Ravensdown is a farmer owned co-operative within the agricultural sector. We exist to help our farmers optimize soil fertility and productivity to run their businesses in a profitable and sustainable way with a focus on lowering environmental impact. Beyond fertilizer, we provide nutrient management services, technical advice and essential farm inputs delivered how, where and when they are needed by our customers.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the team at our Seadown Service Center to help keep our customers happy and our operations running smoothly and safely. From blending bulk fertilizer and operating heavy machinery to processing computerized orders and selling to customers. Your mix of practical skills, personality and professionalism means that nothing will be a problem.
Your previous experience in a customer-focused role along with general store/yard work will make you an ideal candidate. Being able to operate a front-end loader and forklift would be a nice to have however, we can provide the necessary training to see you succeed. You will be comfortable using a tablet/computer to use our stock management and ordering system. There are seasonal demands which require flexibility in the hours, including weekend work and some nights during the peak periods.
