With a new contract commencing in early 2025, we currently have a full time role available for a Cleaning Supervisor to join the Spotless team. Spotless, as a subcontractor to Secure Journeys, will be responsible for general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, touch point cleaning, etc) at facilities contributing to the overall health and well-being of those in the center.
What you’ll do
The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below:
- Supervise a team of cleaners
- General cleaning of designated areas (vacuuming, mopping, touch-point cleaning etc)
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Removal of rubbish
What you’ll bring
- Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment (desirable)
- Experience managing a team
- Demonstrated cleaning experience, ideally in a commercial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Highly developed attention to detail
- More than anything, you’ll have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a drive to provide high quality outcomes for Spotless and our client.
