Our Management Trainee Program is an accelerated 12-month learning journey taking place at our hotel properties (there may be an opportunity to work across all 3 NZ locations), designed for aspiring talent with a passion to build a career in the luxury lifestyle sector.
The program is dedicated to developing you with on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and individual self-paced learning.With a tailored learning experience for you to craft your own career journey, we champion your strengths and foster continuous improvement to prepare your journey of becoming a future leader of Rosewood Hotel Group.Within the Food & Beverage Department you will create memorable and lasting experiences with a genuine desire to surprise and delight guests.
About You:
The successful candidate must be passionate, well presented, possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and most importantly, will go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver a true luxury experience for our guests.
Additionally, you will have:
- Recently graduated (within the last 2 years) with a bachelor’s degree (or above), with strong academic results
- Experience from at least 2 internships or one 6-month internship with a leading company in any industry
- A commitment to high standards and quality
- A hardworking and co-operative manner
- A high degree of professionalism and highly self-motivated
- Comfort and calm approach working under pressure
