As a building cleaner, selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of buildings managed by the company. Responsibilities of Building Cleaner:
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, such as countertops, tables, and door handles.
Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste.
Cleaning and restocking restroom facilities.
Performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or repairing minor plumbing issues.
Requirements for Building Cleaner:
Previous experience as a Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Strong attention to detail.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
