Responsibilities of Commercial Cleaner:
- Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildings
- Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image.
- Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildings
- Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.
- Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences, tardies
- Great customer feedback
- Internal inspections scores 8+
- Start on time and work within budgeted hours.
- Minimize accidents and damage.
- Find and fix problems and recommend 2 new significant improvement ideas per year.
