Key Responsibilities of General Farm Laborer:
Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
Assist with the care and feeding of livestock.
Operate farm machinery and equipment.
Maintain fences, buildings, and other farm structures.

Eligibility Requirements for Farm Laborer:
Previous experience in farming or a related field preferred but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
