Responsibilities of Commercial Cleaner:
- Efficiently working throughout the entire work shift to clean client buildingsÂ
- Maximizing the quality of service delivered to our customers and presenting a good company image.Â
- Using supplies and equipment properly to clean buildingsÂ
- Continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency, quality, and customer service.
- Perfect attendance – no unexcused absences, tardiesÂ
- Great customer feedbackÂ
- Internal inspections scores 8+Â
- Start on time and work within budgeted hours.Â
- Minimize accidents and damage.Â
- Find and fix problems and recommend 2 new significant improvement ideas per year.Â
