Seasonal Farm Worker Required in USA Full Time

Tree House Brewing Company are hiring seasonal farm worker to help them with their sixth summer season at the tree house orchard & farm fermenters in USA.  As a seasonal farm worker, selected candidate will receive an immersive experience in the running of a small, community-focused farm & orchard, working closely with their farm manager and the rest of the team. Duties may include planting, weeding, harvesting, operating machinery, and general farm maintenance. Key Responsibilities of Seasonal Farm Worker:

  • Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops.
  • Assist with livestock care, including feeding and handling.
  • Operate farm machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain farm buildings, fences, and equipment.
  • Assist with irrigation and other farm tasks as needed.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

Requirements for Job:

  • Willingness to work long hours and weekends during peak seasons.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Previous farm or agricultural experience is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the farm.
  • Work authorization in the USA (if applicable).
