Daio Wasabi Farm is currently seeking for Farm Worker to join their team in Tokyo Japan. The ideal candidate must have ability to specialize in recruiting and placing workers in various farming sectors, offering valuable experiences and cultural exchange opportunities in a dynamic agricultural environment. This is fresh level and full-time role. For this full-time position salary range from $200,000 per month.
Responsibilities for Farm Worker:
- Candidate must have ability to planting and maintaining crops, including preparing soil, planting seeds or seedlings, applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed, and ensuring proper irrigation.
- Ability to operating farm machinery and equipment like tractors and irrigation systems to aid planting, cultivating, and harvesting activities efficiently.
- Repairing fences, buildings, and equipment, including carpentry, welding, and basic mechanical repairs, to maintain them in good working condition.
- Cleaning and maintaining farm facilities and equipment to prevent contamination, uphold cleanliness, and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements of Farm Worker:
- Candidate must have high School diploma.
- Basic safety training certifications.
- Tractor and machinery operation certification.
- Basic knowledge of farming techniques.
